Casa Del Mar is a great find in the Mazunte area. The location is great, on the edge of town so it's more quiet and still easily walkable to everything. Esteban is so helpful, he goes above and beyond to make your stay work well. His English is excellent and his staff are very helpful and trustworthy. I felt very safe and secure staying at Casa Del Mar. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Esteban. The rooms are clean and pretty good deal. No problems with water or AC. It’s a local family run business.
My favorite place to stay in Mazunte. Close to everything. Good rates, clean, easy parking, air conditioning. Stephen, the owner, is incredible. He's like your personal concierge & knows all the best places to go; got connections throughout the community. Hammock hanging in the room!

I had such an incredible time staying here during a veterinary service trip. The staff and service was incredible and made sure myself and the team I traveled with were fully taken care of. They had such great tips for must see places and things to do around town and were always so responsive to any concerns we had. Esteban was so incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitely return if I find myself in Mazunte in the future.
Esteban is the owner and is sooo kind. He was always timely, cleaning, available for advice & was such a nice host. He helps my university stay every year and always makes it such a great experience. He went above and beyond for us this year!! Love this place.
High recommondations for this hotel. We found all we needed, comfortable bed, aircondition, welcomming owner. We had no booking and feel desperate in the night wandering the city, and found this hotel that occurs to be more that we expected. Owner speaks well english too. Go there:)
